On several occasions i was greated by a random stranger in the morning, there was no mention from Sarah that there would be a new assistant and i wasnt shown their dbs or ofsted check. After speaking to ofsted and getting advice, i decided to withdraw my child from Sarahs care via email as stated in her policy. Sarahs response to this was to send me messages calling me pathetic, childish and weird. This has all been reported and hopefully ofsted take matters into their hands and other parents/children can be alerted.
