About Me
My name is Shellita Ofsted registered childminder with years experience of working with children in the nursery and school settings and also looking after my own children.
Looking after children and working with them is a passion I hold very dearly because it makes me happy to know that I can make a difference in a child’s life and furthermore our love, guidelines and nurturing ways helps them into adulthood.
I provide a nice warming, fun, happy, caring, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow to their full potential and feel comfortable and happy.
I provide activities such as messy play, music, crafts, painting,baking etc.
I have secure outside play area with various outdoor play equipments.
I maintain my work environment with high standards with positive feedback from parents.

My daughter (Emma) was a regular attendee with Shelly throughout the age of 3 years old. Myself and wife were incredibly impressed with Shelly's care of our daughter. Shelly provides a safe and accessible space for all the children under her care and also has amazing outdoor facilities (at the rear of property) that Emma loved to to use. Emma had such fun with the other children and we really can't express our gratitude enough for (Auntie) Shelly's amazing service and care :)

Shellita looked after our son for a temporary period during August when his nursery was closed. Contrary to our fear that he would miss his normal friends and setting, he came home happy, full of life and stories. He loved the outdoor play area at Shellita's which is well-thought-out, well laid out and colourful. He was completely relaxed there, had fun, made friends, and was well taken care of. As great as Shellita is with the children, the bonus is that she completely understands parents too! Always wants to set your mind at ease about the child's day including his eating, playing etc and very accommodating and personable too. I will go back for sure. Can't thank Shellita enough.

Shellita provided excellent service to me and my 5-year-old son, who is autistic. He really enjoyed going to her house. She is very friendly and warm and really engages well with the children. She has a nice play area for the children to enjoy, and the house is tidy. I highly recommend her services.
