About Me

I am an experienced and dedicated childcare professional with over 15 years of experience working with children. After spending 13 years in private nursery settings, I began my childminding journey in October 2023 and have loved creating a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare, as well as a Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-Based Childcare. My extensive experience has given me a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), enabling me to support each child as an individual and help them reach their full potential.

My setting offers a warm, caring, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued. I believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and positive relationships, and I provide a variety of engaging experiences tailored to their interests and developmental needs.

I am incredibly proud of the relationships I build with families and the positive feedback I receive from parents. One of the greatest compliments I have received is having families return to me when they have had another baby, trusting me once again with their child’s care and development. Building strong partnerships with parents is at the heart of what I do, ensuring children receive consistent support and the very best start in life.

I am passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating an environment where children can build confidence, develop new skills, form friendships, and make wonderful memories every day.
