Totally let down

I interviewed Ellie last week and she came across really positive and keen. We agreed on her babysitting my daughter a few days this week but as soon as she left she almost went invisible. Text me to let me know the wages wouldn’t be enough as a regular nanny job although I never said she could be our nanny, but she was happy to still babysit for the days agreed and ad hoc, but I never even negotiated them down, she set her rate for me and I accepted.
After this complete silence and never heard back from her until I messaged to let her know how annoyed I was at being let down at very last minute.
Not sure you know what you want yet Ellie, I also don’t think it’s fair when you said about leaving your other family if I had offered you more hrs, as you weren’t keen on them. Until you figure it out, plz don’t waste our time.

Outstanding and totally reliable

Joanna had been a dream nanny to have. We were lucky to have her work with us for a year and I can not thank her enough for what she has helped my family with. She is so reliable which I love as being a busy mom I expect nothing less but Joanna was always there on time and never ever let me down.
I have a special needs child that wouldn’t play with anyone or toys but together we have achieved so much to get him to sit down and do educational activities and even play with his sister. Joanna could easily be a therapist as she knows so much about children and how to help them grow.
Joanna always had so much activities planned for both kids, my 3 yr old enjoyed doing arts and crafts every time Joanna was here, and all sorts of different activities. She was never tired or running out of ideas for them.
I genuinely wish I was writing this still having Joanna as part of my family but unfortunately her situation changed that she had to leave but I still hope she can come back to work for us again as my daughter already is asking for her to come and play with them.
I have had so many people work with my son over the years, play therapists, ABA therapists paying them a fortune, but no one even compares to what Joanna achieved for him in such a short amount of time. My whole extended family always spoke so highly of her when they visited and saw her play with my kids.
Thanks so much Joanna from the bottom of my heart. I wish you the best in life and you will always have a special place in our hearts and home. Love, kida xx

Happy house

Anna is absolutely lovely and bubbly and my son really got to like her, and enjoyed going to her house. They went out to parks and play areas on a daily basis which was great. Settling him in with Anna was so easy and she had created a close bond with all the children at her setting.

It was heartbreaking that we had to take him away from Anna, and i know he also misses being away from her as he struggled with the new childminder.

I cant thank you enough Anna for making our lifes so easy and enjoyable while Arvin was under your care.
