About Me

I am a mother of 2 boys, 14 and 15. Wife to a loving husband. We have a friendly 8 yr old pug, 2 cats and 3 reptiles so a lover all of different types of animals.

I Love being outside. Walking the dog. Riding bikes. Health and fitness. I go to the gym most days. I grew up on a small farm with sheep as pets and riding horses so am a very outdoorsy person.

I am caring and passionate about giving children the care they need. I enjoy going on park walks, going to baby/toddler groups, baking, getting creative or just chilling if it is what is needed.

I can do light housework as an addition if required.

My Experience

Since leaving school at the age of 17 years I started work in childcare. First in a crèche then in a nursery where I got my NVQ level 2 in childcare. I have worked in many nurseries then found a job as a nanny looking after 8month old twins for 6 months. From there I looked after an 18 month old boy for 2 years before starting my own family.

Whilst pregnant I also did my childminding qualification. Realised childminding wasn’t for me I focused on bringing up my own children then once at pre school age I went on to do a Teaching Assistant Qualification.

I have since worked at a primary school for the last 8 years before joining the police force as an officer where I have had to deal with a variety of incidents.

The police role did not fit in with family commitments so am currently nannying part time for a lovely family with a little girl, aged 2 years old
