About Me
Hi, my name is Sangita and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Gillingham with over 27 years of experience working with children.
I provide a warm, calm and inclusive home-from-home environment where children feel safe, happy and supported to develop at their own pace. I focus on each child as an individual and work closely with parents to ensure every child feels settled and confident in my care.
I work alongside a registered assistant which allows us to provide plenty of attention, engaging activities and a nurturing atmosphere for the children.
Our days include trips to local parks, nature walks, visits to libraries, playgroups and soft play centres. At home we enjoy singing, dancing, games, puzzles, messy play and creative activities that support children’s learning and development.
We also enjoy visiting a local care home where the children share songs and smiles with residents. It is a lovely way for children to experience kindness and connection within the community.
Throughout the year we explore seasons, celebrations and festivals from different cultures, helping children learn about the world around them.
We share our home with our friendly cockapoo Lola and our lovely cat Evie, who are both gentle and used to being around children.
I currently have 2 full-time childcare spaces available from April.

My daughter is now 3 and has been attending Sangita’s since she was 9 months old she absolutely adores Sangita and loves to go.
Sangita offers a great childminding service she is very accommodating and flexible. Her setting is calm and nurturing with lots of educational and engaging activities on offer for the children, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds.
Sangita keeps in contact sharing photos and updates around activities and my daughters achievement.
I have nothing but positive feedback for this childminding service. I would highly recommend Sangita she is such a lovely lady offering a great childminding service .

The most caring and patient childminder , my daughter loves going . She learns so much and has the best time . I wouldn't trust anyone as much with my precious baby x
