About Me
I am a mum of identical twin girls.
I work part time hours
My Requirements
I am looking for two babysitters for my twin girls every fortnightly for 8 hours alternating on a sat and Sunday every fortnightly.
6 hours each a week in holidays, days will be very flexible in holidays but still can be weekends.
Looking for someone with dbs check.
Duties will include taking girls out separately (hence looking for two) doing fun things and help building their confidence apart from each other.
Sometimes it’ll be arts and crafts, baking just at home etc.
This needs to be someone with a lot of confidence, empathy, loving ,clear boundaries and patience as the girls are diagnosed asd
I am also looking for someone who is willing to administer Insulin as they are also type 1 diabetes.
Training on this will be given.
They are better with just one on one rather than a large setting.
This is to give us respite and the girls individual time apart from each other.

I really wish I’d found Carlie months ago because over the last year we have had a few different childminders that couldn’t cope or understand the girls high needs.
My girls really took to Carlie and her amazing energy.
Both my girls are on the spectrum and she totally bonded with them. They absolutely love her and always came home so full of happiness and smiles.
Unfortunately there isn’t many amazing childminders out there and certainly not ones that understand the needs and love and boundaries that the children of the world need these days. Carlie give such a great balance to all of this. She really is an amazing childminder.
I highly recommend Carlie.

My girls have been going for 1.5 years and my experience over this last year and half has been nothing but amazing. My girls have been to a few different Childminders and nursery’s and unfortunately just wouldn’t settle. I found Mel and wow what a complete turn around. We call her super nanny. The love my girls and all the other children have for this lady and her team is so warming to see.
My girls have turnt into confidence, happy, kind, caring and polite little people all with the continuous help of Mel and her team.
In a world of such cruelty and hurt I am so glad I have found Mel and I trust her with my children immensely.
My girls come away clean, happy, content, and have learnt something new each day. The setting is immaculate and so much facilities for the children to learn and grow in the best way possible.
Food is always freshly cooked and gives a great balance of great nutrients for what the children need to strive and grow.

From the first meeting I knew Mel was the right childminder for my girls and I can definitely say I wasn’t wrong.
Her profession and knowledge is incredible. The love she has for her gang is so apparent, it’s so clear that she has so much passion for her work. So so happy we found her!
