Hi, my name is Lorna, I have a 3 year old son and my hobbies include, swimming, reading,cooking and making lots of memories with my family. I have lived in Cyprus for 7 years and can speak some basic Greek.

I have experience working with children from 6 weeks to 16 years, i have worked within the childcare sector for over 16 years and have worked in nurseries, dance schools, kids clubs and nannied for 2 wonderful families before welcoming my son into the world in December 2022.
My Qualifications
I have an SVQ level 2 & 3 in Children's care, learning and development.
I am also first aid trained and water safety trained.
I have a full clean driving licence

Lorna sat for us for an entire day and evening while we attended a wedding. She looked after our six month old baby girl and did an amazing job. Every time I left the reception and popped back to the cottage to feed the baby I was nervously expecting wails and screams and a devastated baby, but each time was met with a peaceful haven, smiley baby and calm and in control babysitter! Such a relief, and a pleasure.
Lorna did a great job of keeping our baby happy, and even managed to get her to sleep for nap and for bedtime (something not many people have managed!). I think she may actually have magical powers, the whole thing was quite amazing to witness.
Cannot recommend her highly enough, I just wish we lived nearer so that we could ask her to sit for us again.
