About Me
I am an Ofsted registered Childcare provider and Nanny and I am extremely passionate about working with children. I am a mother of two and I live with my husband and our two children. We have no pets though as my son is allergic to both cat and dog fur.
I enjoy making learning fun for the little ones and often engage them in all sorts of fun activities as I incorporate their learning and development in our every day mundane activities as well as the planned ones, and it gets me very excited to see the world through their eyes as we interact.
I do music, dance, stories and rhyme time with the little ones and every so often, we love being in the garden looking for bugs and insects to build exciting ways of the children understanding the world. We sometimes enjoy messy play, attend playgroups and various outdoor activities like rhyme time and story time in the local library, dance classes, trips to the country parks etc.
I currently do pre-school drops & Pick-ups from various settings as well as local primary schools.
My Experience
I enjoy propelling children to thrive in an enabling environment such as our home from home setting and for over a decade, its been a joy being around them fulltime, providing an enabling environment for them to develop and grow to their full potential. They become a part of my family.
Your child will enjoy various activities in a warm, safe and friendly environment with some indoor activities like painting (occasionally), making collages, baking, puzzles, dress up, reading/singing, lots of outdoor activities, trips to the local parks and farms, libraries, and baby/toddler groups. etc
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences. I am OFSTED registered and a qualified first aider with several certifications in courses that involve working with children e.g safeguarding children and young adults, observation and planning activities for young children, behaviour management etc. I also hold a full UK driving licence & use my fully equiped minivan for trips out with the children.
My Availability
We are open 11hours a day. Doors open at 7am and shut at 6pm. Limited spaces available. Please Enquire.

Becky babysat for our 2 kids - 8 and 11 years old - for an evening at our house. She was friendly with both the kids, managed dinner, homework and bedtime very well. I'll definitely be having her over again if my husband and I need a night out! :-)
Overall
My daughter, age 3, has been with Becky for 2 years and it has been a transformative experience for her. She came to Becky after failing to settle in with her first childminder. Becky's heroic patience and consistent, calm home environment had a miraculous effect, along with her fantastic home cooking, and against all predictions my daughter learned to trust Becky and to feel at home. Her own children are wonderful with the little ones as well and my daughter looks up to them like a big sister and brother. Becky excels in providing a home away from home for young children. She has been very flexible in helping us out with shifting work patterns and unexpected emergencies. I am happy to recommend her to anyone in the Green Street Green area who is looking for a childminder.
Overall
My children (8, 4 and 3 years) have been with Becky for almost two years now. Becky has provided them with a home from home. At Becky's, they are well cared for and are provided with healthy meals and snacks. My children are very fond of Becky and her family. My daughter at first was very shy but now has grown in confidence and is very vocal and loud. My son was potty trained without any problems. I am very happy with the care provided by Becky. I strongly recommend her to anyone in need of childcare :-)

Becky takes excellent care of my daughter. I could not be happier with the care she provides. My daughter absolutely loves her and her two very well behaved children. They are like her second family and she looks forward to spending time with them. Becky is warm, polite, professional, kind and fills my daughter’s day with exciting and fun activities like going to the park and toddler groups at the same time ensuring she is well safeguarded wherever she is.
She has always listened very keenly to all my concerns, and effortlessly eased my nerves. I feel completely at ease leaving my daughter with her. She is very energetic and enthusiastic, caring for so many children on a daily basis, keeping them entertained, attending to their individual needs, cooking hot healthy meals and keeping the environment spotlessly clean.

Becky takes care of my two children aged 5 and 8 after school and during the holidays and I couldn't be happier with the care she provides for them.
She is polite, professional and extremely kind. She fills the time with them up with fun activity's and trips out, my children both love the time they spend with her.
I had never used a Childminding service before and was nervous about leaving my children with somebody I did not know, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Becky has made the whole experience easy and worry free. I feel completely at ease whilst at work knowing my children are with such a capable and caring person.
I would highly recommend Becky to anyone looking for Childcare.
