About Me
I'm a 39 year-old Brazilian nanny with 16 years of experience with newborn babies and children up to 12 yrs of age, specially with very young children, and impeccable references to confirm that.
After 15 years of working as a permanent, long-term nanny I'm now working as a temporary and travel nanny, which gives me more flexible to spend more time in my home country. I've worked for families from all over the world and I'm very adaptable and happy to go along with the families lifestyle and choices for their children.
A bit more about me:
I love living in an amazing city like London. Being able to take the kids to different places on their school holidays such as museums, parks, the theatre and different places for them to play and explore is always so nice and they always have a great time.
Given the opportunity, I like doing sports w/ the kids and I'm a strong swimmer.
I'm also very creative and love doing arts, painting, gluing and creating things in general as well as helping children develop, learn new skills and socialize with other people.
I'm good at cooking healthy meals and planning a balanced diet for the children.
I absolutely love travelling and would be happy to travel with the family though I'd also love to have the extra time to do my own travels when my employers went away.
I'm a fluent English and Portuguese speaker and I'm also learning Spanish at the moment.
I've recently done a level 4 Gentle Sleep Educator Course and in 2019 I did a Maternity Nurse course at Level 4 as well. Currently doing a CACHE in Education and Childcare. I'm CRB checked, I've done a First AID course 4 times, the last one in Jan 2024.

My Qualifications
I studied philosophy at university, which included a year learning about child psychology and development.
I'm currently doing a nutrition and allergy course and looking into training as a sleep trainer to start soon.
I've done First AID training but most important of all, I've been trained by life at work and I feel i'm good at what I do and do it with love and pride.
