My name is Gemma Morrell I am very passionate about working with children as I enjoy seeing them learn and develop. I have had ten years experience working with children from the ages of 3 months until 5 years. In my ten years I have attended a lot of training which I feel I have benefited from. I currently hold my level 3 a levels in childcare and have my level 4 in management, I am also studying my degree part time with the open university as I wanted to Brodern my knowledge. I am currently in a deputy manager position in a nursery up in London where I have been there for 5 years but I now feel I would like to take a different route in my career. - Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
