She never showed up for the interview and did not respond to my sms when I chased her. Clearly unreliable and this seems to be a pattern, given previous reviews.

She confirmed a day and time to come and meet us. She didn't show up, didn't send any message for cancellation or explanation.

Im very sorry about that. I was having plenty interviews during the day (and all the parents can confirm and review i was on time) and it was a bit of mixed up and when I check my list I realized I was missing yours by then to late for a text, I though. Thanks you for the time that you take to this review. I got many families that I work for that can confirm my commit with them for years, and gave plenty positives reviews. But, thanks.
