About Me

Hi, my name is Lauren and I’m 29 years old. I am a qualified teacher and trained SENDCo living in Reading.

My Experience

I am a qualified primary school teacher and have worked across a range of ages. I have worked both in mainstream and a Special Needs school, and have experience working with pupils with a wide variety of special educational needs, including learning disabilities; sensory impairments; ADHD: Autism; and physical disabilities.

I use multiple approaches in my teaching, focused on the child and their needs, interests and preferences.

My Qualifications

I have a degree in Primary Education with Maths which gives me Qualified Teacher Status. I am also a qualified SENCO.

I have GCSE's in the following subjects:
English Literature, English Language, French, Italian, Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Food and Nutrition.

I also have A levels in Maths, Psychology, Religious Studies and Physics.
