Hannah agreed to work with us and she agreed what our requirements were. We constantly make sure that she has no concerns with regards to pay or workload. We payed her 8 pounds/ hour as on her profile.

As long as she worked she was hardworking, kind and performs her duties with honesty. However one day she send us text saying her brother had an accident and suddenly disappeared from the Scene. Her mobile phone was constantly going on answering machine. Me and my husband constantly tried to contact her but she never bothered to explain why she did this.Even if she wanted to leave. We were happy to negotiate if she had any concerns.
We both work as professionals and on NO NOTICE we had no back up.

I feel terrified that I left my children with such a irresponsible untrue and unpredictable person.
