About Me
I am a highly qualified and recently retired Science teacher with many years of classroom and home tutoring experience. Normally I teach all Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) up to GCSE level and Chemistry to A2 level as well as BTEC and Entry Level Science. I have also done Maths tutoring up to GCSE level. Outside work I have interests in music, sport and photography. I am registered with the online DBS update service.
My Experience
For 30 years I was employed by several secondary schools and academies, an approved school and a pupil referral unit. My roles have included classroom teacher, form tutor, deputy year head, trainee teacher mentor, head of department and unit manager. I have also done home tutoring in A-level Chemistry and GCSE Science, as well as remote teaching during the recent lockdowns.

For face-to-face sessions I will travel within a 10 mile radius of Bradford-on-Avon. If the door to door distance is over 5 miles then an additional £5 charge applies.
