Marcia has been our nanny for our 2 year old girl. Our daughter is not the easiest but she has taken to Marcia brilliantly. Marcia has brought out her independence and made her feel loved and cared for and is flourishing in Marcia’s care.
Marcia also babysits for us often looking after our 5 year older of son as well as our daughter. They have both taken really well to her. She happily makes them dinner and puts them to bed.
Marcia has helped to implement routines that have seen the children develop their own confidence, as well as put healthy boundaries in for us as parents.
She also feels part of the family and fits really well into the family routine. It’s like she has always been with us and we could not imagine being without her.
Massively experienced, nothing fazes her, and the children love being around her.

Marcia is an angel. She was my sisters nanny for her 3 kids for a number of years and was absolutely amazing. She now minds our three year old Daughter Violet whenever we need some help. Violet loves her so much, Marcia is so calm, warm and welcoming. Her experience and kindness shines through always - even when Violet is being difficult Marcia is always loving and understanding. We love Marcia! When Violet is with marcia for an evening or all day long we always feel like she is with family. Can’t reccomend her enough :)

Marcia was our full-time nanny from 2014-2020 from when our son was six months old until he was six and his sister three.
Marcia was wonderful in all respects - the children adored her and had total trust in her as did we. Marcia was wonderful in discipline, potty training, all aspects of looking after babies, introducing them to new food.
Marcia was totally reliable - I remember only 1 or 2 sick days in six years. We also were both working very hard and Marcia was incredibly flexible when we needed to be home late on short notice.
We were so sorry to part ways with Marcia - it was only because we moved from E8 to N6
