Marcia has been our nanny for the last 5 years. She's the sole-charge care of our 3 children aged 7, 5 and 3.
Marcia is a very passionate about creating an environment to support the development of our children. She also assisted us with baby-led weaning, sleep training, toilet training and early language development.
Marcia has excellent interpersonal skills and has created a network of like minded individuals in the area who share the same commitment to the children in their care.
Marcia has also been very flexible with us as parents, assisting in balance home and work commitments. My family and I are moving countries which is why our time with Marcia is ending.
Marcia will be an asset to any family and we feel very lucky to have shared the last 5 years with her.

Marcia looked after our son from age 1 until age 5 along with his two cousins who were a similar age and she was completely brilliant: totally reliable, trustworthy, responsive and an excellent communicator. We never worried for one moment about leaving them to go to work, because we knew they were being brilliantly looked after by someone who really cared . We have nothing but fond memories of her time with us. The kids were always happy in her care and she made sure there were always fun and interesting activities for them, whether going out to parks or libraries or singing, crafting, playing engaging games or reading together at home. We trusted her absolutely with them at all times and they all loved her. Her experience and skills were also invaluable to us as new parents. She is an outstanding nanny and we would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone lucky enough to work with her.

Marcia looked after our first child from the age of ten months and was then our nanny till our younger child was two. She created a happy, incredibly well-organised and stimulating environment for them and my sister’s child, looking after them all beautifully. They would go to groups, to the library, on walks to the park as well as spending time at home doing interesting and creative activities. Marcia was 100% reliable, and always energetic, upbeat and positive. The children all loved her, and we always knew they were in the best possible hands when they were with Marcia. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that the children spent their early years in her wonderful care. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My partner and I have always been extremely grateful that we were lucky enough to find Marcia and that she agreed to work with us as a nanny for our children. She joined us when my first child was 5 months old and stayed with us for about 6 years, until our second child started primary school. After this Marcia continued to babysit for the children on and off for at least 5 more years.
Marcia helped me tremendously with the first baby, especially - her help and advice was really invaluable for me. I always felt one hundred percent confident with Marcia. She is not only a highly trained, knowledgeable and skilled professional carer, she is also warm, generous and loving. She ensured that the children were safe, happy and well fed. She took them to local playgroups, read lots of books with them everyday, played with them, taught them and helped them produce lots of arts and crafts which we still treasure. Marcia is a sociable nanny and her local networks with others meant that the children also made friends with other children of the same age. Marcia was and always will be a very important part of my children's lives.
I can honestly say that Marcia is an outstandingly good nanny that any family would be lucky to employ.

Marcia has been helping us with weekly childcare for over a year. Our little one (18m) loves her, and I feel happy knowing that whenever she is helping us he is outside in nature, doing arts and crafts or learning in some other way. Marcia is terrific.

I have had the pleasure of observing Marcia in a professional capacity over the past few years during our stay and play sessions at Leytonstone Toy Library, and I can confidently say she is outstanding in her role. Her attentiveness to the children’s needs, her calm demeanor, and her intuitive understanding of child development are consistently evident.
She maintains a respectful, supportive presence during our sessions, always prioritising the children’s comfort and emotional well-being. Marcia demonstrates excellent communication skills—not only with the children but also in her interactions with parents and professionals.
It’s clear she is deeply committed to the children in her care. Marcia is a true asset to any family.

I've known Marcia for over three years as a nanny to close friends. She supported us through our own nanny recruitment and subsequently has spent a lot of time with our family and nanny.
Marcia is an expert in little kids. She really understands their development and what makes them tick. She's a really kind support to all of us parents around her and a lynchpin of the local nanny network, meaning that the kids she looks after have a wonderful time going to a range of different activities and socialising with lots of other children and adults. My children, like all the children I know around her, love her calm personality. She's super-organised and kindly supports the children she looks after to develop lovely manners and new skills, so they have a high level of independence. Marcia has a wealth of experience in nannying and really can guide you through how to make a success of balancing your work and life commitments with the need for kind, nurturing care for your children.

Marcia brings the little girl she is currently looking after to my preschool dance group each week. Marcia is a kind and committed nanny who is always fully engaged with her child in the class. She encourages good behaviour and manners as well as heaps of joy and fun.
Marcia has wonderful energy and the children are drawn to her. I have seen children, who have attended my class with their own parents, ending up cuddled on her lap! Her love and passion for her job and the families she works with is very clear!
She has a network of nanny friends who are as enthusiastic and passionate about their jobs as she is which lends to the children socialising and making lovely friendships even at a young age. I would have no hesitation employing her to look after my own children and any family would be lucky to have her.
