She sounded lovely on the phone and very keen on the role. However, she failed to turn up for the face to face interview and didn’t contact us to either cancel or propose rescheduling.

In response to this, my phone wiped when It was updated therefore I did not have any contact information. It was only until now being able to log onto my childcare account via a laptop. I did not receive any correspondence from you since our last call. It has not even been 24 hours since we were supposed to meet and you did not message me to confirm. All the best with your search.
