Food.
All meals are home cooked and I use no added salt and organic products where possible. Children are encouraged to eat their five portions of fruit and veg a day and I encourage children to choose healthy options and to experiment by trying new foods from other cultures. Older children are encouraged to help in the preparation of food and meals. The children help to develop the menus and every 6/8 weeks we discuss new menu ideas
Children with food allergies and specific dietary requirements are also catered for.
