My Summary

My Experience

I have over 30 years experience of working with young children. I have been a daily nanny for one family for 7 years, worked in a private school with children aged 2.5 - 7 years. I then for 10 years owned a small private nursery working with children aged 2.5 - 5 years. I am now working part time at a nursery. I am currently on a career break from my nursery role until September, during this break I have been helping/supporting a close family friend of mine with her young baby for the past 4 months. He is now 11 months, my daily routines are getting him ready for the day, preparing bottles and feeding him, preparing meals at weaning stages, providing age appropriate play and stimulation, going for walks, singing songs and rhymes, meaningful interactions to help support language,
I am very passionate and enthusiastic about working with children. I have a good sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and an excellent knowledge of children's stages of development, I currently run a nurture group, children's yoga, and mindfulness with children in my setting. I appreciate all children learn at different stages and to play is the most important part of learning. I like to think I create a relaxed, calm and friendly environment in which children can flourish and learn.

My Qualifications

I currently hold a full DBS, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, NVQ Level 3,Nurture training level 3 and Emotional coaching training.
I have also attending lots of other courses over the years whilst working with children.

My Availability

I am available from September on a Thursday and Friday, but I can be a little flexible with these days.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

I am looking for earning £18- £20 and hour.
