About Me
I have over 20 years of childcare experience in addition to two years of experience as a nursery assistant. My experience in childcare has been broad and has included childminding, nursery school/crèche roles, kids’ club nanny at the Sunsail Holidays resort in Turkey, and roles as sole charge nanny for different families in the local area. I have found through this exposure to different areas of childcare that nanny roles best dovetail with my own desire to forge strong bonds with individual youngsters ---- something that is not possible to the same degree in a more institutional setting. I am currently working as a full time sole charge Nanny
My experience in childcare is buttressed by my related studies. And have completed my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education. This course has allowed me to complement my practical experience with theory and current best practice.
In addition to my experience and vocational studies, I bring to any position a passion for young children and babies and their development. I do try to bring a sense of fun and wonder to the children I take care of as well as providing them with an environment in which to discover and learn.
