Tracy has been with us for almost 2 years and has become a member of the family. She looks after our three children (currently aged 2,4 and 6 years) as if they were her own and they all look upon her with much respect and admiration.

As both husband and myself are Doctors Tracy has been extremely flexible in covering our difficult timetables, delays and last minute changes. She has been incredibly reliable, punctual and accommodating and has taken the initiative to complete Ofsted registration and update her training needs, such as with first aid.

Tracy’s training and background in Early Years Provision has been evident throughout and the children have been cared for exceptionally well. I have always felt confident that the children were safe and that attention was given to their well being on every level. Tracy is naturally calm and encourages good behaviour and manners with a firm but fair approach.

She has been able to follow good routines with them all, accounting for their different ages and developmental needs. The children have had lots of outside play, exploring time and local excursions alongside crafty activities and sharing books and puzzles etc. Tracy has assisted with homework for the eldest, facilitated phonics learning for the middle and encouraged language development in our youngest, who has required speech and language input.

We are relocating and hence will no longer require local childcare. I would recommend Tracy without hesitation; she has exceeded our expectations of a childcare provider and has become a true friend. We will be very sad to lose her.
