About Me

I live in a large house in Malvern and this is where my childcare setting is based. I have a husband and two grown up children and before I ventured into childcare, I was a Primary School teacher. I set up Home-Grown in Malvern in 2004.

My Experience

Having been a full time primary school teacher for 12 years and a childminder for another 20 years on top of this, I have considerable experience in working with children of all ages. My setting has grown over the years and it is now a small Ofsted rated 'OUTSTANDING' nursery. I work with a super team of assistants and our ratio is one adult to every three children - probably the best ratio you're likely to find in a childcare setting.

CACHE level 3 in Home based Childcare

My Availability

Places available now!
We offer Nursery Funded places for 3-5 year olds, 2 year olds and 9 months. 30 hour funded places available to eligible parents. We have a limited number of places that can be taken as 30 hours over 38 weeks (term time) with other places open on a 'stretched' basis. We also offer a Preschool setting for children over 2 years of age (open Monday to Friday) and a holiday club. Please contact us for more details.
