About Me
Hi my name is Donna. I am a registered childminder. I have an assistant with me called Amelia. We am based in Little Hulton. M38 9lx. we ideally work Monday to Thursday. 8am - 6pm however if times are needed out of these we can try to accommodate. I have 2 English springer dogs 1 age 3yrs old and other is a puppy. both are great with children. kept separate from the children. however i do allow the children to see the dogs if parents allow this, children are never left alone with the pets. we also have a hamster. I live with my husband Wayne who is dbs. checked and my 2 children girl age 16. and she is also on the update service also and boy age 14. we are a fun happy family that provides home from home setting where all the children are welcomed to feel safe secure and nurtured. We do follow all EYFS frame work. we visit local community events, play groups , play centres , i do drive and insured to drive with children however we do use public transport also to give all the children different experiences. we like to have up to 3\5 children per day. i have a separate play room in my house with is full of beautiful recourses to help children feel comfortable to explore and learn. we can also offer a baby sitting service evenings and weekends.
My Experience
I have experience working with all age groups from new born to 15years old. I have worked in day nurseries since I left school. where I completed nvq2.
I have three children my self age 19 , 16, 14
I can provide brilliant references off excising parents.
I attend local groups and weekly toddler groups.

Donna has looked after both of my children from 3 months old. The care and attention that the children receive is second to none and she's treated them as if they are her own. I have felt confident in her ability to support them through their milestones from the day I met her.
Her house is safe and well cared for and anybody concerned about using a childminder can be assured that Donna will look after your children in the most caring and professional way.
I had to return to work much earlier than expected after having my first child and finding someone who had the experience to look after a young baby was challenging. I was glad that I found Donna.
Donna provides healthy, homecooked meals each day. She provides a home from home services where children can explore and be creative. Donna and the children regularly go to local playgroups here they interact with lots of other children.
I have thoroughly enjoyed having Donna look after my children and she will be an asset to anyone who is looking for a childminder.

My little boy went to Donna before starting nursery. At first I was in two minds whether to send him to a childminder but sending him to Donna was the best decision I made. My boy was none verbal, wouldn't eat and also didn't interact with many people. After being with Donna he was talking singing eating every food he learnt so much. She gets them doing different activities everyday to open up their minds trying different foods and going on outings shes so great with the kids.I would highly recommend choosing Donna for your little ones she doesn't just treat your child like any mindee but as she would her family. My little boy loved going to Donna's and was sad when he couldn't go.

Donna looked after my son since he was 1 until he went to school. I was sceptical at the beginning, as older children went to nurseries only, and I had no experience with childminder at all. The excellent communication, very warming welcome, truly following my believes how to help me raise my child, made us to feel Matthew was looked after by the family not paid child provider. She was taking children to local toddlers groups, finding local biggest puddles, socialising my child with children outside the group. All that took all my all worries away. In addition to this package is her beautiful family. Her husband and children are just very warm and joyful people that we felt Matthew was a part of their family. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone considering childminder as it was very, very benefitial time for my baby's happiness and development.

After a troublesome time with my old childminder who let me down last minute donna was really helpful and put my mind at rest my son was just going after school.he always got a snack and was well looked after would highly recommend8

My son has been with Donna since he was 10 months old and is getting ready to leave to start school. My son was slightly behind his peers and with donnas support he has catched up. He loves going to donnas and gets very excited to see her and his friends. Would highly recommend her to anyone
