About Me

My name is Lucy. I am 23 years old and love being kept busy and on my toes. I have my level 3 childcare and education and a degree in education and special educational needs.

I am thoughtful, kind, loving and honest and love playing indoors and outdoors with the children. I love to treat children as they are my own.

I am not ofsted registered however if this is something you would require I can look into this easy step should you wish. Nannies are usually exempt from compulsory registering as they are classed as home shares and caring for children in the family home however this is very possible!

The best part about being a Nanny is that you can look after children in their own home, follow their routine and hobbies and ensure that children are content and comfortable. I also enjoy being able to give the children my full attention and support.

I find it important to read, write and draw with children. Participating in crafts and messy play as well as sitting and doing homework and also outdoor activities and trips out.

I have good experience working with children with special educational needs. SEN is my specialism and id love to look after children with SEN, adjusting to their lifestyle and also participating in any educational work that they may find difficult to do in a school setting.
