About Me
I am an OFSTED registered childminder On Elsea park, in bourne, I have been childminding for 9 years. I have 3 Children of my own.
I became a childminder after i had my daughter as it was a way to be at home with her and allow me to pursue a career in Childcare.
Before i was a Childminder i worked for 12 years as a Dental Nurse, so I have always worked with people, it's nice to now be able to spend my time looking after the little ones rather than the adults.
I use my home setting, local green spaces and many of the amazing local amenities such as Grimsthorpe castle, burghley gardens and more recently, Tiny steps, our new local petting farm to give the children a wide variety or experiences.
Working with children and being able to engage with them and learn as we go is so rewarding, I love my job everyday and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
My Experience
I have 3 Children of my own and have gained a lot of personal experience through them but we also have a very large extended family who i spend a lot of time with.
I have had many Children in my care over the last 9 years and have built up wonderful relationships with them all and their parents.
I do as many online courses as I can in order to stay up to date and to keep moving with the times, it also helps to get inspiration to keep developing my setting into the best it can possibly be.
My Qualifications
I am Offsted Registered, trained in Paediatric First aid and safeguarding Children, i also have many other certificates for training i have attended.
I take regular online courses to keep my self up to date with any changes happening in childcare and the Early years and also to help improve my setting.
My Availability
I have 2 full time spaces available and will be doing after school pick ups from Morton school.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
I Charge £4.50per hour, fees can be paid either weekly or monthly in advance, I also accept childcare vouchers.

My now 4 year old has been with Vikki for about a year now and she absolutely loves going to childminders thanks to Vikki. My 8 year old goes to Vikki’s after school and he also has a great time. Vikki is so good to them and always tries to take them out where she can. I can trust they’re in good hands when they’re with her.

My daughter as been with vikki since she was 1 half years old she now 4 and still with vikki.
My daughter as been with childminders since she was 6 month old ,iv not had the best experience untill I met vikki and her lovely family who welcomed my daughter as part of there own family .
Vikki as helped my daughter to develop in her learning skills her speach ie counting,alphabet, colours ,her emotions her manners and alot more and still is.
Vikki is very flexible when iv had to do over times or early mornings at short notice she as never let me down.She always welcome you with a smile and makes you feel at ease leaving your child while you work.
Vikki takes my daughter and picks her up from school.
Vikki is very professional in her job outstanding childminder who is compassionate, caring,trustworthy, loyal carnt ask for a better childminder who I feel safe to leave my child with .
