World's best nanny

Gemima looked after our 2-4 year-old daughter for just over two years and was an excellent early years childcare provider - I can't rate her highly enough.
Confident and capable, Gemima tackled our daughter's fussy eating and potty training with a growth mindset and unfailing positivity. She's very talented at engaging children of all ages, and provides a nurturing environment in which younger children feel safe to explore both emotional and physical learning.
Gemima identified really good local activities to interest our child, and was tireless in travelling that little bit further to attend a particularly high quality weekly music show. She handled nursery pickups and dropoffs efficiently and was unflappable about having playdates and park meetups - overall extremely respectful of the needs of childhood friendships.
Gemima is also very capable in the kitchen - from preparing healthy meals or lunchbox meals to take out and about to involving children in cooking tasty snacks.
She really supported us as parents through those difficult early years!
