My Experience

I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience working with children across a wide range of ages and needs; from premature newborn twins to young adults.
My background combines professional nannying, nursery and school placements, and extensive experience within after school clubs and camps by coaching gymnastics, giving me a strong understanding of child development, emotional wellbeing, and creating safe, engaging environments where children can thrive. I have experience supporting children with special educational needs, as well as children navigating bereavement and other significant life changes.

Current (2023–Present)

Over 15 years' experience coaching children across clubs, schools, and sports settings.
Preschool Lead Coach (Ages 2.5–4.5 years)
Designed and delivered themed lessons supporting communication, social skills, creativity, confidence, and physical development through imaginative play, music, and structured movement.Built strong relationships with parents and supported children who were anxious or attending for the first time.
Competitive Coach (Ages 6–10 years)Coached competitive squads training up to 18 hours per week. Encouraged resilience, teamwork, discipline, and confidence while ensuring every child felt supported and motivated.


February 2023 – October 2025:
-Full-time Lead Gymnastics Coach
Led preschool and competitive gymnastics programmes.
Planned and delivered fun, safe, and engaging lessons promoting children's physical, social, and emotional development.
Worked closely with children and families to build confidence, resilience, and independence.

February 2023 – July 2023 (6-month contract):
-Live-in Wrap-around Nanny | 8-year-old Twins
Supported twins following the recent bereavement of a close family member.
Re-established routines and provided emotional support during a difficult transition.
Managed school runs, homework, meal preparation, activity planning, and communication with parents and other professionals.

December 2022:
Temporary Sole-charge Nanny | Two School-aged Children
Managed school pick-ups, homework support, meal preparation, and bedtime routines.
Organised and supervised a birthday party for 12 children, including transport and activity coordination.

November 2022:
Mother's Help | 4-month-old Twins
Assisted with feeding, routines, baby care, and outings alongside the children's mother.
2015 (3-month placement)

Nanny's Assistant | 4-month-old Twins:
Supported daily care routines and outings.
Helped maintain a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio to provide attentive care.

Reception & Year 2: Supported children within the EYFS and Key Stage 1, including learning support.
