About Me

Hi, my name is Cindy I'm 31 years old and been working in childcare for over 15 years. I've currently just moved from Devon to Cornwall, to be closer to family.

I currently have a foundation degree in Early Years and Education, I have a swimming teaching qualification, behaviour that challenges qualification among many more. I’m hoping to do a Level 3 in Maternity Nursing in the near future to help parents and their newborns settle (I do have a some experience in this already).

I'm a very outgoing and active person, and love interacting with the children and watching them learn and develop in different ways. I'm also a newborn/child/family photographer.

My Experience

I have a numerous about of experience. I have trained in early years for over 10 years. I have worked in many different nurseries and schools within Cornwall, Devon and Brighton.

I currently work within the 0-2 year old room, but have had experience with, babies, young toddles and older children. I have had experience in working in primary schools too. I have quite a few years experience working with newborn babies as well.

My Qualifications

8 GCSEs: A - Cs

Level 3 in Childcare and Education- A* in practice and B overall

Degree within Early Childhood and Education - 2:1

Behaviour that challenges qualification

Paediatric First Aid

Health and Safety within the Work Place

Food Hygiene

Swim Coaching

And many other little qualifications through school and collage.
