About Me
I pride myself on providing a very nurturing, 'home from home' style setting within which the children feel happy, secure and are able to develop well.
I live with my husband, two grown up sons (my eldest works as a secondary school teacher and my youngest attends Uni) and our beautiful little girl Jack Russell .
My Experience
I have, very happily, been a registered childminder since 2008.
I have a lovely, well organised playroom for the children to enjoy along with a safe, stimulating garden. I make regular trips to local playgroups, libraries, parks etc. We are usually out and about every day! Sometimes we like to take bigger outings to farms, museums etc. I aim to provide the children with as many opportunities and enabling experiences as possible, to best support and encourage their development and to implement the area's of learning as required by Ofsted. I provide parents with regular updates regarding their child's development, their achievements and what they have been enjoying.
I have a car and am a non-smoker.
I have cared for children from 6 months - 12 years.
I can provide references from families with whom I have worked and current families would also be happy to chat with any prospective families.
I am able to provide all meals & snacks (all inclusive of my fee), much of the food I provide is home cooked and I have a Level 5 Food Safety Rating. I have had experience of providing food to children with food allergies.
I update all relevant training/qualifications regularly as required by Ofsted and our Local Authority.

I am able to work Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm.
