Sophie has been our nanny for almost a year now, starting when our son was turning 5 months old. Sophie has always taken perfect care of our son. We'd never had a nanny before and we both have busy jobs and it was very reassuring that Sophie has so much experience both generally looking after children but also knowing all that is available in the local area so he gets the most out of his day. She always has the day's activities planned, but will adapt to his needs and our requirements as well. She's great to work with, always on time and communicates really well with us both at handover and during the day. She is a wonderful nanny, we are only letting her go because our circumstances are changing and we will miss her very much.
