About Me

I am looking for someone to help me babysit and care for my 10 year old who has additional needs. He also has a brother who is 14 but he is very self sufficient, and helpful!
I am looking for ad hoc hours, usually Saturday or Sundays but also days here and there in the summer hols, the odd evening when he's asleep and the odd weekday like when he has inset at school or isn't feeling that well and needs to stay home when I go to work; any of these as I have a few different people who babysit for me and I'm flexible on hours.
My son is deaf but wears cochlear implants so can hear. He also has mobility issues but the most important thing about him is he loves to play and cuddle so must be up for both of these in large amounts!
We are a warm, relaxed family looking for a someone who shares these qualities. An understanding and compassion for special needs preferred.

Excellent babysitter

Sabrina has babysat for my sons a few times now. She is reliable, honest and easy-going. She got on with both my boys straight away. My youngest has special needs and she was very gentle and intuitive about how to get to know him and play with him. And my eldest took to her immediately too. I am very happy to have her looking after my boys and I highly recommend her.

Unreliable

This lady had a firm date and time to work for me. The day before I messaged her just a touching of base. She did not get back and did not show on the day so I was left in a lurch.
