My Experience
Experienced Childminder: I have been a registered childminder since 1994, demonstrating extensive experience in providing childcare. Having four children of my own has provided additional insight and understanding of child development and family dynamics.
Outdoor play advocate: As a toddler group leader, running a community garden focused on outdoor play and wellbeing for young children and being a girlguiding leader for 30+ years, I actively promote the benefits of nature and outdoor experiences for children. This aligns with early years practices that emphasise the importance of outdoor learning.
