About Me
I am married and a mother of 2 children (age 25 and 18) which are building their own dreams and careers. I am a patient, reliable, straight and trustworthy person which understands others and children's way of thinking. I am someone who cares about children development, and likes to encourage them to try new things but also have a routine for them which creates a sustainability helping them later on their life. In the past I have been through ups and down through all stages of a child's development from my own experience as well as educated through the development of children which will help me to become the best childminder I can be for you but also I am willing to learn new things as everyone is different and unique in their own way to meet the child's needs and your family as a whole.
My Experience
I have worked in nursery at Broadfields Primary School for 3 years and also experienced for 23 years with children of my own. I have worked with 4 families with my latest being almost 4 years, ranging with children aged 0 - 8 years old. I am ready to embark another journey with a new family in a job I adore.
My Qualifications
I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Childcare as well as completed a First Aid course. I have also completed Level 2 English and GCSE maths.
My Availability
I would love to work day time and weekday (preferably 7am - 6pm) but I can be flexible.

I can very highly recommend Eli. She has been looking after my little boy for about a year, starting when he was about seven months old. Till today, my little boy absolutely adores her. Every time he sees her, he will give her the biggest hug.
Eli created a very nurturing environment for my son, one where he was able to grow very quickly. She thought him words and to count, which he remembers now he is starting to talk. At the same time she liked setting good habits in from the start, like clearing toys up when you finish playing with them. Eli took my little boy out to the park, activities and fun classes. Some of my parent neighbours crossed their path sometimes, and always told me afterwards how impressed they were with how Eli looked after my son, with so much care and putting her heart into it.
Eli is easy to work with and is a person you can count on. I have had to call her previously to help with cover during emergencies, and she was there straight away. She is also very respectful towards you as being the parent. She clicks well into the family. I can highly recommend her!

Elife has taken great care of our daughters. She is very friendly, and the girls really love her.
She's got a very warm and affectionate personality, and they had lots of fun with her.
She reliable and punctual. She’s able to handle difficult situations and tantrums really well and calmly. An Excellent driver.
We couldn’t recommend her enough.

Eli11 was a full-time live-out nanny to my 2 girls (now aged 4 and 8 years) between April 2017 and December 2021. She was my right-hand during heavy work schedule and was an integrated member of our family who is still very much loved by us all.
Eli11 was consistently reliable, punctual and flexible. She regularly got my girls ready for school, did drop-off & pick up, helped with household duties and cooked for my children. The only reason for cessation of employment was only due to our family's relocation. I'm very happy to be contacted as needed.
