About Me

I am a 45 year old, NNEB qualified Ofsted registered, caring, loving, active nanny with 28 yrs experience. I have DBS checked, first aid qualified and am a driver with a clean licence of 28 years. I have looked after various aged children throughout my career as a nanny from newborns to 10 year olds, including twins and a nanny share of 4 children. I am also a mum to a 9yr old girl who attends Parish church of England primary school in Bromley. I am looking for a lovely new family to work either a few days a week or after school and all day in the holidays, somewhere I can become part of the family like all my previous positions. There is an option of my daughter to going
after school club or with childminder friends of mine if I am not able to pick her up from school, although this has worked well in the past but I know it's not for everyone.

I know a nanny with their own child doesn't appeal to everyone but there are some great advantages. I can honestly say since becoming a mother I have a better understanding and definitely more empathy of the fears and worries that some parents may have, especially first time parents. It also provides your child with company and an opportunity to develop strong friendships, to socialise and to share on a daily basis. Yes they might have to adjust to not being the only one but this encourages a very important skill in life, taking turns and patience!

I have amazing checkable references from my previous families, A family of 6 yrs in Camberwell, Dulwich for 9 yrs and Sydenham for 7 years all being my longest positions. My most recent position being only 2 years as mum doesn't want to go back to work after having her 2nd child hence me looking for a new family.
