I have worked as a senior nursery nurse for 9years whilst also doing full time/ part time nannying and caring for the children of friends and family.
I take a very active role in the life of my 12year old niece who is hearing impaired which has taught me different ways of communicating and the importance of catering for the varying needs of children and their development, realising that every child is unique.
