About Me
Hello, my names Georgia and I’m 28 years of age. I have previously worked for 4 families as a nanny, looking after children ages 11months-6 years. I have also worked for a charity as a support worker for children and adults with learning disabilities, helping them around the community and with any of their creative wishes. I was a PA for a family in Surrey for 4 years, working with a young lady with Down syndrome also.
I have grown up surround by many different children, my mum has been a foster carer 17 years, so as you can imagine i have learnt to adapt to many circumstances with children of all ages and backgrounds.. If you have any enquiries please feel free to contact me.
My Experience
I have been nannying for a family with a 3 year old and a 6 year old for nearly 2 years now. doing school runs and daytime activities for the little one between school hours, keeping on to of the housekeeping and planning nutritious meals for the children (and parents on occasions). I work 42 hours a week and often babysit for the family.
I previously working for a family for 2 years, supporting a 2 year old & 4 year old, until the youngest reached school age. I still see the family now, often babysitting and attending family functions of theirs.
To add to this, I’ve had twin experience of two girls aged 4 (who are now 8!) and babysit for them also.
I’ve previously worked for a charity working with children aged 6-18 with learning disabilities. I would support them with their socialisation skills, creative activities and helping them get in and around the community.
My Qualifications
I am DBS registered through the update system.
Graduated from Royal Holloway University with a 2.1 in Socioligy and Criminology.
4 years experience with children and Adults with special needs.
5 years as a nanny
My Availability
From late July/August I will be looking for my next nanny family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
