About Me
I am an ofsted-registered childminder with 12 years experience caring for children and supporting their learning and development. Childminding is something I am passionate about, and I love being able to help children grow, learn new skills, build confidence and make happy memories in a safe and caring enviroment. I aim to provide a warm, welcoming and home-from-home setting where children feel happy,safe,secure and loved. I believe every child is unique and deserves to be cared for as an individual, with their own interests, needs and personality recognised and supported. I provide opportunities for children to learn through play, explore their surroundings, develop friendships and discover new things at their own pace. I enjoy offering a variety of fun and engaging activities to encourage children's imagination, creativity, communication and independence.
My Experience
I have experience caring for children of all ages, I am also a parent to two girls of my own. This has given me valuable personal experience of raising children and understanding their individual needs as they grow and develop. Throughout my 12 years of childminding, I have gained experience caring for babies from as young as one month old, as well as older children. I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving and nurturing enviriment where every child feels happy, secure and supported.
My Qualifications
Over the years I have attended regular training sessions. I hold a NVQ level 2 in children's Care learning and development, Peadiatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Observation and assessment, Behaviour Ambassador training, Food mood and behaviour, I also have experience managing allergies and understand the importance of following the correct procedures to help keep children safe and well. I am commited to keeping my knowledge and skills up to date through regular training, ensuring I continue to provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for every child in my care. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow and develop their confidence while making sure they feel happy secure and supported.
My Availability
My work hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6.00pm.
I am available for school pick up from Southcote Primary School
I also provided school holiday cover.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
I charge £6.50 per hour.
I am closed any and all bank holidays
