I am a hardworking, reliable and friendly primary tutor working in Walton on Thames and the local area. I offer a tutoring service for one-to-one or small groups with fully planned activities tailored to individual needs.
My Experience
I have ten years experience working in primary schools - first in Chiswick, West London and for the last couple of years in a Surrey school where I am currently employed. I have taught in both Key Stages but have been trusted with Year 6 (SATs) for five years with exceptional results - consistently, year after year. Before this I taught English as a foreign language around the world for three years.
I have also completed a lengthy 'Outstanding Teachers' course as part of my CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
My Qualifications
I completed my PGCE at St Mary's in Twickenham in 2012. I am also CRB checked and have a CELTA (TEFL qualified).
My Availability
Term-time (after school) and school holidays (weekends included). During school holidays, I am available for more intensive support with individual children.
My Fees
- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour
£40/hour for 1-to-1 tuition (+travel expenses)
I can provide several outstanding references from parents whose children I have taught.
