About Me

Throughout school and growing up, my ambition was to always work with children. I hold a Batchelor of Early Years Education which I undertook at The University of Northampton. Through this I am a qualified and registered teacher holding Qualified Teaching Status. I also hold a Peadriatic First Aid Certificate.

I really enjoy exploring outdoors with children, seeing animals, being creative, and reading with children.
I feel I have a great working connection with the children I look after and teach. I feel it is also very important to have a strong parent partnership.
I understand hiring a individual to look after and teach your child/children is a difficult process, therefore I feel it is essential to meet prior to get to know each other.

My Experience

I worked in a Nursery for a year after University working with babies up to five year olds in Solihull. I then moved to Australia for two years and worked as a Early Years teacher in Melbourne. Whilst working at the Kindergarten, I did lots of babysitting after working hours and weekends, I had many regular children that I looked after.

I have worked as a full time Nanny for twin boys for 18 months which I thoroughly enjoyed, and I am currently working for a lovely family with two boys, one from four months old and a two year old. I am looking for a new position as my current family are emigrating.

My Qualifications

BA (Hons) Early Years Education with Qualified Teaching Status. Graduated from the University of Northampton in July 2011.

My Availability

I am very flexible with hours and days. I am available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

I am looking for as close to full time work as possible. I have my own car and full driving license with business use insurance.
