My Requirements

I am looking for someone to help around the house and with the kids when I have them. The schedule is a little ad-hoc at the moment but I hope will move onto a week on week off schedule soon. It may be that I only need help sometimes and not all the time. Flexibility at least initially would be helpful.

I need someone experienced with childcare especially who can connect through play and activities and take a deep interest in the children and what they love. Childcare through connection. My son is particularly struggling with some things at the moment, so sensitivity to that and the dynamics are important. I may need help with one child whilst I care for the other.

To include;
- helping organise and plan things that make life smoother for everyone.
- Potential food preparation and other home-related tasks specifically around the kids (I am not looking for a cleaner!). eg. sorting out their clothes, helping them tidy up their rooms.
- Coming on adventures and trips with us to provide an extra pair of hands and support - especially as they are starting to want to do different things.
- Playing and creating activities that they love.

I want to take the pressure off having to do the practical child related tasks so that my energy is freed up to be with them in a fun way.

I need someone highly experienced, flexible, very confident and who has great pro-active energy.

My ideal would be to have someone that they can build trust with that they would be happy to stay overnight with should I need some time away.
