Looking for part -time ( min 8 hours/week) nanny housekeeper from September 2nd 2026
About Me
We are a family of 5 (including our Cocker Spaniel!) looking for someone to come and work with us as a nanny/ housekeeper. Our youngest daughter is 10 and will be starting year 6 in September, she loves dancing, arts and crafts and baking. She will need picking up from school every day at 3.15 (8 min walk to school) then have someone to chat to and play with.
Our eldest daughter is 12 and just finishing her first year of secondary school so won't need to be collected but will enjoy a friendly face to come home to and chat with.
Both girls enjoy having friends round to play after school.
Whilst the girls are at school we are looking for someone to help with light household duties including meal prep, general tidying, bed changing and Laundry. We have a cleaner twice a week so there is no expectation of any cleaning duties.
Trixie our Cocker Spaniel is 4, she is very friendly and loves cuddles, her walking is taken care of by us and dog walkers.
We are looking for someone who is warm, fun and caring.
My Requirements
We are looking for minimum 8 hours a week, ideally we would like Weds & Thursday, 2.30-6.30, with additional hours likely to be required on occasion depending on our work requirements (occasionally days in the office may change) but that would be by prior agreement and we are not expecting that would be a commitment from you to be able to do this.

Our 1year old daughter has been going to Dawn's full time since my return to work in January and we could not be happier. Dawn and mark have created a fantastically warm, fun and happy environment and our daughter has thrived since being there. Dawn is really accommodating and understands the pressures of being a working parent and goes out of her way to help support you. My return to work has been made so much easier as a result of this and how obviously happy our daughter is there. I must also mention Dawn's food which is delicious, the only downside is she doesn't make adult size portions to take away!
