About Me
HI, I'm Veena.
I'm an accredited OFSTED registered childminder- I have three children, two of which are now married and three beautiful grandchildren. I live in Camberley with my youngest daughter who’s in University.
I have a loving and welcoming home with lots of resources for the children, and a huge garden for children to play in..My aim is to teach children whilst having fun through play and maintaining respect for one another, I live close to the library, park and local children's centre, which we will visit frequently,
I provide a healthy diet for all the children I care for. I'm a few minutes walk from the bus stops.

My Experience
I have worked at my local children's centre, where I led stay and play sessions for children under five, I have a great relationship with the parents and children that are in my care, I was part of the Hillingdon local safeguarding children board (LSCB) as a lay member. I'm also a committee member for the second Harlington scouts club.

level 3 home-based childcare qualification

currently have full time vacancies for two children under 5 years and two positions full time vacancies for over 5 years, weekend can be covered if required, I will also be available for half term childcare and emergency care if required.
I have availability from as of immediate effect - I'm also able to cover during half term holidays.

Veena is brilliant. My little girl loves her and enjoyed going every day and made new friends. veena is always open for a conversation to discuss requirements and suit parents needs. she has always been very honest about our child situation, daily updates and progress. Veena is caring and loving for all the kids. She has really good space and her own garden where kids can do activities.

Veena has provided childcare services for my son for the past 2 years and we’re so extremely grateful for her!
At the beginning I was departing if I should put my son in a nursery or childminder but Veena was able to provide everything I needed from the very start, from flexible hours, cheap fees and environment my shy son needed.
Her and her family have accepted my son and ensured he was well throughout her care. She has helped me through the nappy/dummy and sleeping in his own cot stage, the fussy eater stage and with her help my son is well prepared for school. I could not recommend Veena enough for you all. Her job makes a huge difference in everyone’s life’s.
Thank you for all the help, care and love you shared throughout the years. Little Marcel will never forget you !

I have Veena looking after my daughter for a year now and I must say she’s been such a lovely childminder. My daughter loves going to her house and Veena always make sure she is occupied with activities and let her eat well. Veena has been flexible with her schedule on many occasions. She is trustworthy, have good sense of humour and very good with children of all ages. I’m really glad to have found her and know that my daughter is in a safe place.
