I am a childminder based at my home in Chertsey, next to St Peters Hospital.
I want to provide a flexible and positive home-from-home environment for children where they can feel safe, play, learn and build friendships. Children in my care will be treated with love and respect, they will learn about personal safety, healthy eating, regular circle time and plenty of outdoor and messy play.
The children and I go on regular outings to the library, local parks, fruit picking, farms, cinema, soft play & play centres, toddler groups and many seasonal activities.
I have a large 3 bedroom home within a two minute walk of Meadowcroft Infants School, with a dedicated playroom for the children, a large kitchen for the children to do cooking and baking. A good sized enclosed rear garden for lots of outdoor play (during nice weather we spend most of our time in the fresh air), a downstairs toilet for ease of use and regular handwashing, and a quiet room should your child take naps during the day (they can also use the lounge for quiet/rest time if they wish).
As a mother I understand how hard it is to hand your children over to someone when you have to go to work or have other commitments. You worry that they’re not going to get the care and attention that you would give them yourself. I struggled with these feelings every day as I dropped my child off at his carer’s. I love to be in the company of children, I am an energetic person and love to be involved in their activities. I enjoy watching them learn and will support them as I would my own child. I have two young children of my own and they have certainly given me a wealth of experience in childcare, I have also completed numerous courses in Early Years Care, ChIP, Advanced Safeguarding Children, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety.... and many more!

Firstly I would like to say a massive THANKYOU to Zoe, you have a real gift with children.
I found Zoe on this website and she was without doubt the best childminder I visited. Firstly her house was spotlessly clean (I can’t say that for many others I visited), she cooks amazing meals for my baby, I’m embarrassed to say they are much better than I do at home. Me and my baby have been working with Zoe for 9 weeks now and I love that we get daily diary entries and monthly observation reports.
I only wanted temporary childcare for two months but I’m happy to say that three weeks after our contract ended we still meet up every week because my baby misses Zoe, Elsie and the other children... and they miss us too 😘😘
I am currently looking for a permanent job and when I get that I will definitely be back for childcare 😘 THANKS from ‘us two’ xxx
I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough!
After first meeting with Zoe and her two children, my partner and I felt extremely comfortable that our son would be cared for and would be extremely happy with her.
Zoe always communicated with us very well and frequent updates meant that we never felt like we were missing out too much. She is bubbly with a fantastic personality and our son loves her.
Our son and the other minded children were kept occupied either at home, which is well kitted out with everything you would want, or on trips out in the local area's park, playgrounds and play groups.
Although she is busy, Zoe has been brilliant on the occasions when last minute childcare was needed on unusual days – Incredibly reliable and trustworthy. Always happy to help whenever and however she can.
Zoe welcomed our son into her home and really helped develop his social skills. He always had such a fun time and we could go to work knowing our son was very well cared for.
Due to a change in personal circumstances, the care Zoe provided for my son is no longer required, much to my son’s disappointment.
Should things change in the future, I hope and pray that she has the availability to take my son back on and care for him.
Our son had a fabulous time here and formed a real attachment, not just to Zoe but also to her two lovely kids too.
Zoe looked after my youngest daughter full time and she loved every minute. She would get excited when we pulled into the driveway and would be just as happy at pick up (in fact sometimes I think she would prefer to stay there than come home!)
I was very nervous at first because I had never left her with anyone before but she settled very well and made some lovely friends with Zoe's own children and other minded children.
She has come on leaps and bounds with speech development and social awareness, Zoe encourages the children to interact, explore their imaginations and they attend some really nice activity groups every week.
I was particularly impressed with the homemade meals which always smelled delicious, and ability to adapt everything to suit my daughters allergies. There is a huge range of educational and fun toys, separate playroom for messy activities and the lovely garden (each child planed their own sunflower at the back, nice touch!)
100% recommend and I will be returning following my current maternity leave.
Thank you Zoe for your reliability and giving my baby girl the love and encouragement she needs xxx
My one year old daughter went to little darlings and I cannot fault the care Zoe provided!
I was very anxious at first but there was no need Zoe made me and My daughter so welcome and treated her like her own!
My daughter settled so well from the first day and was always so happy and excited to go.
Zoe also had my other children in the holidays and they both said they do not wish to return to nursery and school...they want to stay there :-)
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home from home setting.
Thank you little darlings! X
