About Me

I am a mum of three and my children are 14, 16 and 19. I come from a large family and being the oldest, I have always had little ones with me, my youngest niece is 3 months old! I love watching them develop new skills.

I enjoy keep fit, although I spend my weekends and evenings as mums taxi to my 3 boys! I can also be found on the council list of childminders, under Ceri Eccleshare. All my parents have stated that they could be contacted as references.

I work closely with a few other childminders which means the friendship group of the children in my care is mixed, building their confidence.

My Experience

I have been minding since 2006 and based in Wyncliffe gardens, Pentwyn. I currently can do st Philip Evans Primary school. My elder children are in ysgol bro edern and St Teilos. I normally go to play groups, play centres, and when weather permits, parks, museums, and other outdoor activities based on the developmental stage of my minded children, however with the current situation, I am adapting my activities in order to keep the children in my care safe and well. We participate in school based activities in line with older siblings and their activities.

My Qualifications

I have completed all the training and courses required, completed quality first by NCMA, before it became Pacey. I renew my certificates every 3 years for first aid and food hygiene, and every 18 months for child protection. My DBS is renewed every three years. I have a full clean driving license . I have completed an NVQ level 3 in childcare.

My Availability

I remain open through the coronavirus .
