About Me

Hello!
My name is Sophie and I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families, as well as being a mum to three amazing children of my own.
I have a real passion for working with children of all ages and supporting families. I particularly enjoy being outdoors, getting creative and finding simple ways for children to have fun, explore and learn.
I have experience working in a range of settings, including children's day nurseries, children's residential homes and schools, particularly within early years. I currently work in family support and also run my own baby and preschool swim school, where I teach little ones from babies through to preschool age.
I’m a confident driver and have my own car, so I’m able to travel to families and support childcare needs across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
I’m available for flexible, ad-hoc childcare and would particularly love to support families who need:

I understand how important it is to find someone you feel completely comfortable leaving your children with. As a mum myself, I know how much trust that involves, and I aim to provide childcare that is calm, caring, fun and reassuring for both children and parents.
