About Me

I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 19 years. I love my job and have a very bubbly and loving and caring personality. I don't have a big turnaround of children the majority of the children I look after have been coming from 6 months old and are now 16+years. All my parents are happy to give anyone a reference. We go to local toddler groups and spend time outdoors and also have lots of days out in the school
Holidays.

My Experience

18years experience as a registered childminder and my own son is 19years old. I love my job and wouldn't do anything else now.

Children enjoy a healthy diet and plenty of physical activity. Language development is a particular strength, with patience and encouragement in communication. While diversity is introduced through festivals, there's room for improvement in consistently embedding it throughout the setting. Partnerships with other professionals could be enhanced to better support children needing additional help.
