About Me
I have been Childminding for 31 years. I have a lovely large garden and an acre of field which we use for outdoor learning. with lots of outdoor play. We spend time outside doing lots of nature inspired activities.I have 4 older children and 3 dogs. We love cooking and baking and being creative. I Have a large play room seperate from the house for my childminding business. I hold a level 3 in home based childcare. I have many qualifications to show that I am a dedicated childminder. I can provide hot meals if wished. I am now registered with OFSTED to work with 3 assistants and can look after 18 children in my own purpose built play room. So if you wish for your child to have the benefit of nursery care in a homely setting I will be able to offer this! I have a level 3 in forest school leadership. My last inspection outcome was outstanding in all areas. I currently no full time vacancies. I can also offer some holiday care.
My Experience
I have 4 grown up children of my own and have looked after alll ages of children from birth to teenagers.I am ofsted registered and have been for 28 years.
My Qualifications
Quality first level 1. first aid. Foundation stage and all other realavant qualifications that i will be happy to share with you
i have level 3 in home based childcare. Level 3 in forest school leadership I have completed courses in the Autistic Spectrum and have an understanding of this.
We are a Hygge qualified setting.
I have all realavant qualifications plus many extra including quality first level 3
I am a qualified chef and home cooked meals can be provided if required at an extra charge.
My recent osted inspection was good in all areas
My Availability
I am available for 47 weeks of the year from 7am until 6pm monday to Thursday other times by arrangement.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
I charge £6.50 per hour
£10.00 per hour for unsociable hours befor 8am and after 6pm

I cannot rate Ann and her staff highly enough. My little boy went to her from the ages of 4 months to 4 years. She is kind, caring, loving and always strives to provide the best experiences for the children. He was well prepared for school, he was well socialised and confident. There is no one else I would trust my child with. Ann’s outdoor learning philosophy is amazing and suited my son down to the ground. He speaks very fondly of his time at Ann’s.

Ann is brilliant, little peoples is such a warm, kind and fun environment for the little ones. They do so many fun activities, and they have a large outside area which they all love playing in, particularly my little one!
I cant recommend Ann's highly enough!
