We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter has received from Mona.

When our daughter first started, she was very unsure and found the transition difficult, but Mona was absolutely amazing during the settling-in phase. She was so patient, caring, and reassuring, which made a huge difference to both our daughter and us as parents.

Five months on, our daughter absolutely loves going and looks forward to every day she spends there. It’s been wonderful to see how happy, confident, and settled she has become.

The children are always doing such fun, creative, and engaging activities, and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into planning their days. We love seeing all the different things they get up to.

Simon’s communication is fantastic. We receive regular updates and the cutest photos throughout the day, which is so reassuring and allows us to feel connected to our daughter’s experiences.
