We had a chat on whatsapp about the time and hours so I settled for what I could afford when she said the fee wasn't negotiable. On the agreed day, she sent me a whatsapp message an hour to the time that she couldn't make it because of childcare and I didn't check my phone until I was about to leave for work. I tried to call her to find out if I could bring my child over since she has offered to have her at her place but no response and I sent her messages on whatsapp. I saw her online but she never bother to read the messages or call back. I do believe she did it intentionally which is very bad.

We were very happy with Raven’s time spent with our daughter. Very polite and professional babysitter. She has good approach to children and bonded with our daughter very fast. What’s the most important - Michelle can not wait to be left with Raven again,
