About Me
Hello my name is Kath Portlock and I have been an Ofsted Registered childminder in the Ainsworth and Elton area of Bury for over 11 years, providing a warm,cosy stimulating environment for your little ones. Feel free to call me for a chat or email me and I will get back to you.
My Experience
I provide a warm, welcoming and stimulating, cosy environment, build positive relationships with the children in my care and make sure their individual needs are met so they can reach their full potential. As well as providing for children’s basic needs for food, drink, rest and comfort I will be planning activities daily, both indoor and outdoor, that give your children the opportunity to develop. I believe children learn best through play and I hope to enable them to grow both emotionally and socially, learn language, literacy and basic numeric skills and also develop them both physically and creatively.
My Qualifications
I have a First Class Degree in Early Childhood and Education.
My Availability
My opening hours are 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, but this is negotiable depending on your requirements.
